What happens after I book online?

On completion of the booking we will send you an email confirming your booking details. Your booking confirmation will include directions on how to find your chosen car park plus procedures on what to do on arrival.

How exact do my times have to be?

We only need approximate arrival and return times. Your times will be checked at the car park when you arrive.

What if my vehicle details change?

Not a problem if you need to change your car, email your details to the email address on your confirmation email and our brokers will inform the car park. Having the correct car details may speed up the check in process on your arrival at the car park. There is not normally a charge for booking amendments of this nature.

Please note - Not all car parks require car details. If you did not give us car details during the booking process, it's because the car park does not require them.

What about cancellations, amendments and refunds?

Different brokers have different procedures, information will be provided with your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

Generally it is advisable to book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment, many car parks offer best prices on a first come first serve basis.

How frequently do the transfer buses run?

Most car park transfer services run 24 hours a day, generally they run between every 5 and 20 minutes. However we advise you to still give yourself plenty on time before check in deadlines.

What should I do when I get to the car park?
